Skating Fun

I'm having fun with the SCS Inspiration challenge today, you can find my inspiration here.

For the challenge, I had to use a few of my new Hello Bluebird stamps and dies.  I colored up the Skating Together stamps with copics and created the background with the Skating Pond Scene Die.  I used glitter embossing to create an icy pond and sponging to create the sky.

Bear Tag

I made a tag today for the SCS WT - window challenge.

I started with the Heartfelt Creations Album Tag die, and the Newton's Nook plaid stencil for the back ground.  The Neat & Tangled bear was colored with copics and the NN tree dies were covered with glitter on an oxide sky.  I'm not sure the maker of the window die, Memory Box?

Silent Night Ornament

Hello to all of my crafting friends!
It's time for the Wednesday Inspiration on the Heartfelt Creations Blog, stop by today and check out all of the wonderful new creations that the ladies have for you!

Today I'm bringing you an idea for a simple ornament, there's still time to make a few fun Christmas decorations before the holiday.  The ornament was created with the Noel Ornament Die and two shades of purple cardstock.  The Silent Night was cut with the Silent Night Scroll Die in silver cardstock.

The holly leaves from the Merry and Bright Accents Die were also cut out in silver cardstock and the poinsettias from the Poinsettia and Holly Clusters set were sponged and cut out with the 3D Poinsettia Shaping Mold. For more tips on creating with the flower shaping molds, watch the tutorial at https://youtu.be/FSdPL7nXvQE.  The branches from the Snowy Pine Village set and the pinecones from the Merry and Bright Accents set were stamped in Rich Cocoa and sponged with color, then cut out with corresponding dies.

I made three Christmas tags with the MFT Warm and Feathered Hugs set.

Patchwork Gift Bag

Time for that Wednesday inspiration on the Heartfelt Creations Blog, join us for tons of fun projects provided by our wonderful and talented design team!

Pinterest has so many wonderful gift giving ideas, and today I'm bringing you a gift bag that I found, its located here: https://sarahsinkspot.com/designer-paper-handbag.  I used the gorgeous paper from the Heartfelt Creations Patchwork Daisy Paper Collection to create my gift bag.

A few flowers were made with the Patchwork Daisy stamps and dies, they were sponged with ink and covered with Crystal Clear glitter.  I glued two layers of the flowers together to give them extra dimension.  Dimensional buttons were created with the Bottons and Blooms stamps and dies.

The papers were also used to create a tag with the Ticket and Tags Die.  The flowers from the Patchwork  Daisy were cut apart to add to the tag.

Silent Night

There's a fun color challenge on Splitcoaststampers, the colors are:

I used these pretty nativity dies from Stampin Up and combined it with the sentiment die from Heartfelt creations.  The background was sponged with ink, a metalic gold Sharpie and white gel pen were used to create the stars.  The rest of the dies  and the gold glitter paper are by My Favorite Things.

A Special Someone

Happy Black Friday!
Today Heartfelt Creations has a huge release celebration planned for you,  they're introducing the Black Friday Album and Dies release!  Come on over to the HFC Blog to check out all of the new goodies!

For the release, I had such a wonderful time playing with all of the gorgeous new dies, I've used a few of them on my card.  All of the designer paper used on the card is from the Patchwork Daisy Paper Collection and the new dies were used to cut out white and purple cardstock borders.

The purple side borders were made with the Decorative Pocket Accents Die, the top white lace piece was made with the two largest Elegant Pocket Accents Die, the center purple piece was made with the Petite Pocket Accents Die. The white Eyelet Border Basics Die is from the release earlier this month and was used to divide the top and bottom designer paper.

Foam flowers were made with the HFC Large and Small Sweet Peony stamps and dies.

It's that wonderful time of the month for the Heartfelt Creations Release! This week they have a wonderful collection called the Patchwork Daisy Collection, this goes beautifully with last month's Buttons and Blooms Collection.  Hop on over to the Heartfelt Creations Blog for a bevy of beautiful creations made with the new collection.

For my card today, I combined the beautiful Butterfly Kisses Decorative frame die with the wonderful purple and blue designer papers in the Patchwork Daisy Paper Collection.

The flower flourishes were doubled for dimension and frame a sentiment from the Just For You Sentiments set that is framed by a tag from the Album Tags and Accents Die.

Brass tacks were added with Nuvo Crystal Drops in Copper Penny.
