Lavender Rose Garden

Greetings, and welcome to Wednesday Inspiration day, stop on over to the Heartfelt Creations Blog today to see many more beautiful creations!

For my card today, I started with paper from the Lush Lilac Paper Collection, framing the cottage with Regal Borders and Pockets Dies cutout in white card stock.

The Festive Gate was cut in half, sponged and added to the left side.

The Classic Rose was stamped in Wisteria and sculpted with the 3D Rose Shaping Mold.  For more tips on creating with the Classic Rose collection, watch the tutorial at https://youtu.be/Z8P070kC3oo. When the roses were complete Crystal Clear Glitter was added.  Flowers and foliage from the Rain Boots and Blossoms, Backyard Blossoms, Snowy Pine Villiage, and the Leafy Accents sets were sponged with ink and added behind the roses.

Frosty's Wonderland

Greetings!
It's Inspiration Wednesday and I'm really excited about my project this week, but before I tell you about it, don't forget to stop by the Heartfelt Creations Blog today to see all of the amazing projects brought to you by the design team.

I added the new boughs and pine cones from the Merry and Bright Collection to some older Heartfelt Creation favorites to  make a fun snow scene.

Poinsettias were made with the Sparkling Poinsettia and the Poinsettia and Holly Cluster sets, sponged in Garden Patina and the smaller flowers sculpted with the Poinsettia Sculpting Mold, larger poinsettia was sculpted with the Flower Shaping Essentials.

All of the designer paper is from the Merry and Bright Paper Collection.  The critters were stamped from the Woodsy Critters Set and sponged with ink.  The snowman, from the Frolicking Frosty set, was colored with Zig markers.

Rajni Chawla's Frosting Powder was added to the flowers and pines to give an extra sparkle.

Peekaboo Flowers

Hi!
Today I'm playing along with the Splitcoaststampers sketch.

For my card, I chose a base of SU Highland Heather, the designer paper is from the Heartfelt Creations Lush Lilac Collection.  The designer paper was distressed and the honeycomb die is from the Sweet as Honey Die set.  The sentiment strips are also from the paper collection.

The flowers were made with the Large and Small Sweet Peony stamps and dies, they were stamped on Art Foam paper with Stazon Vibrant Violet and sponged with Stazon Iris, the small flowers were stamped in Stazon Fuchsia Pink.  Bead stamens were added to the centers.

The leaves are from the Leafy Accents set, stamped in Library Green and sponged in Leaf Green and sculpted with the 3D Leafy Accents Sculpting Mold.

The inside was cut from the Lush Lilac Paper Collection.

Blessings,
DJ

Christmas Bouquet

Hi Friends!
I'd like to welcome you to my part of the Wednesday Inspiration happening now on the Heartfelt Creations Blog. Check out all of the beautiful projects on the blog!

Once again this week, I'm using the beautiful paper, boughs and pine cones from the Merry and Bright Collection.  The snowflake paper was matted in black on a 7.5 x 5.5 card base.  The window was cut out with the Botanic Window Die and the house was traced using the inside window die so that the window would overlap the house.

The large poinsettias were created with the Sparkling Poinsettia stamps and dies, stamped in Fern Green, lightly sponged with Desert Sand and Fern Green.  The holly leaves were made with the Large Sparkling Poinsettia, they were stamped and sponged with Fern Green.  All of the images were cut out with corresponding dies and sculpted with the Floral Shaping Essentials, except for the small poinsettias which were sculpted with the 3D Poinsettia Shaping Mold and the larger poinsettias were sculped with the 3D Floral Basics Shaping Mold.  The small poinsettias were stamped in Lilac Posies, sponged in the same, Ribbit prills added to the centers and all of the poinsettias were covered in Frosting Powder.

The snowy branches from the Window Box Fillers set were stamped in black and colored with a brown colored pencil.

The pine cones and boughs from the Merry and Bright and Snow Pine Village sets were stamped in Rich Cocoa and  the boughs sponged in Fern Green and Library Green sponged around the outsides, the pine cones were sponged in Creamy Brown and Rich Cocoa sponged around the outsides.  A sentiment from the Merry and Bright Paper Collection was adhered among the poinsettias and glue was sponged on the boughs, sentiment, pine cones, and house and Frosting Powder was added.

Jingle All The Way

Hi Friends!
It's a wonderful summer day here in Washington State, and an even better day on the Heartfelt Creations Blog, as we celebrate a new release.  Hop on over and take a peak!  The new release is called the Merry and Bright Collection and is perfect for adding a little nostalgia to all of your Christmas projects.

Do you have a friend or relative that tells you every time they see you that they love your cards, that they still have the card you gave them six months ago on their mantel? Maybe you have someone you want to cheer up in the hospital or resthome, this is the perfect project for those special people. I also think this is one of my favorite cards I've created, it brought so much joy to create this sweet Christmas scene!

The card was made with a full sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 paper folded in half.  The shadowbox was created with the 6x6 Foldout Cards - White.  The designer paper from the Merry & Bright Paper Collection with the pink house was used for the background of the shadowbox and pieces of the fence paper from the same pad were used for the card base.

Poinsettias were stamped with the Sparkling Poinsettia and Poinsettia & Holly Clusters in Lilac Posies, the centers were sponged with Fern Green, the holly leaves from the Large Sparkling Poinsettia and the Poinsettia & Holly Clusters sets were stamped in Fern Green and sponged in the same color.  All of the images were cut out with their matching dies, this saves so much time!  Purple stamens were added to the large poinsettias and green prills to the centers of the small ones, and of course, lots of glitter was added!

All of the images were stamped in Archival Black and colored with Copic markers.

Here's a side view of the shadowbox, you can see the layered scene inside.
