I am totally in love with these fabulous tag dies from the Heartfelt Creations Album Tags and Accents Die, the papers are from the Oakberry Lane Paper Collection.  Today I paired it with the Special Birthday Sentiments Cling Stamp Set and the flowers from the Oakberry Lane Blossoms set.

Joyful Penguin Christmas

I'm playing along today with the Splitcoaststampers Color Challenge, the colors are:

Cherry Cobbler

Blueberry Bushel

Bermuda Bay

For the color challenge, I inked up these adorable penguins from the My Favorite Things Sweet Holiday Penguins and colored them with copics. 

The sky was created with the Lawn Fawn Snowfall Backdrop, and sponged with distress oxides, the rest of the dies are die-namics by My Favorite Things.

The snowy hills were cut from SU sparkle paper and foam tape was added to the penguins and front snowy hill for dimension.

Hello Pumpkin

Hi 
Bringing a card for the SPS Free for All Challenge - which is to make a Halloween or Fall card.

For the challenge, I used the Hello Bluebird Pumpkin Patch set.  I created a wood embossed frame with stitched rectangle dies and added the images with foam tape after coloring them with copic markers.

Christmas Plaid

Today I'm playing along with the Splitcoaststampers Technique challenge, which is to create your own plaid!

This is such a fun challenge and for my card I used the new Hello Bluebird Christmas is Coming set.

I created a plaid background with SU markers and a black pen and also a plaid tone on tone bow.

All of the dies used are by My Favorite Things, the background snow stamp is also MFT, this was heat embossed in white.

All of the images were colored with copic markers.

Rosie Pockets and Tags

Wednesday is here and time for Inspiration Day on the Heartfelt Creations Blog! Please join us for a boat load of beautiful creations!

For my card this week, I'm using paper from the Heartfelt Creations Buttons and Blooms Paper Collection along with the Botanical Rose.

A pocket was created with the Fleur Border Basics for my tag.

A tag was made for the pocket with the Album Tags and accents die with sentiment from the Just For You Sentiments Cling Stamp Set.  Of course, I had to add a few buttons made with the Buttons and Blooms stamps and dies.  The small tags are from the paper collection.

Christmas Deer

Today I'm bringing you a card I made for the MFT Color Challenge.

For the challenge I used the new Die-namics Delightful Deer.  The background was sponged with distress ink, the background dies are also MFT Die-namics, including the Die-namics Birch Trees, Snow Drifts and the sentiment is from the MFT Filled With Joy set.

Christmas Parade

I had some time today to make a second card for the SCS Inspiration Challenge, here's the inspiration I chose.

For this card, I sponged the sky with distress ink and heat embossed the Hello Bluebird Falling Snow Background in white.  The mountains were cut from the HB Glacier Peaks Die and the sweet animals are from the HB Chrisstmas is Coming set.

The images were colored with Copic markers and detailed with Diamond Stickles.

For my card, I used distress inks to sponge the background.  The grass, tree, and stitched rectangle are My Favorite Things dies.

Purr-fect Gift Card

The Birthday Challenge at MFT this month is to decorate tags or wrapping.

For the challenge, I decorated a little tag using the MFT Cute Cats set and tied it around a gift card holder made with Kraft card stock.

Christmas Santa

I'm playing along today with this week's MFT sketch.

For the sketch, I inked the background with distress inks, lay the MFT Snow Flurry Stencil on top and spritzed it with water, then daubed off the water with a paper towel.

The snowy hills and trees were a free with a 60$ purchase this month, and I used a stitched snow die for the foreground.

The Santa and reindeer are from the Santa & Friends set and were colored with copics.

Pocket Full of Posies

It's my favorite time of the week, time for inspiration on the Heartfelt Creations Blog!  Be sure and hop on over to see what the ladies have created for you today.

I'm using the adorable Buttons and Blooms Collection again this week, so much fun to create these sweet patchwork flowers and multi-dimensional buttons.

For my card this week, I used the paper from the collection along with the cute pocket from the Patchwork Pocket and Patterns stamp and die set.

The stitched banner and sentiment are from the Hand-stitched Accents set.

The flowers from the Buttons and Blooms set were sculpted with the 3D Floral Basics Shaping Mold and accented with Crystal Clear Glitter.

Layering multiple buttons gives lots of dimension and a coat of 3D Crystal Lacquer gives them a realistic shine.

Buttoned Up Gift Box

Greetings to all of my crafty friends!
It's release day at Heartfelt Creations and the Blog is full of beautiful creations made with the new release of the Buttons and Blooms Collection, come check it out!

For my project today, I wanted to create a fun gift box.  I love the new paper in the Buttons and Blossoms Paper Collection and I chose this dark blue designer paper.  I found this wonderful box pattern that uses one sheet of 12 x 12 paper and made another in white to line the box and give it extra strength.  The belly band was created with the same measurements, made a tad larger so it would fit around the box smoothly.

The flowers were made with the Buttons and Blooms Stamp set in Danube Blue and Buttercup.  The buttons, from the same set were layered to create a more realistic look.  The tags were cut out from the paper collection.

The Sweetheart Borders Die was glued to the flap of the box and the Borders Essentials Die lines both sides of the belly band.

Tags from the paper collection were added along with a raffia bow.

Here is the belly band removed.

Sunflower Garden

Hi Friends
It's my favorite time of the week, inspiration time on the Heartfelt Creations Blog, pop on over and join the design team for a bevy of beautiful creations.

Nothing says fall to me like the beautiful sunny faces of the sunflowers from the Classic Sunflower set.  I created a few here today and combined them with papers and stamps from the Sweet as Honey Collection.

Dimension was added with foam dots between layers, and the honeycomb die from the Sweet as Honey set was covered with 3D Crystal Lacquer to give some shine.

A sentiment from the Cheerful Note Sentiments set was stamped on a banner from the Arrows and Banners Die.
