Hogs & Kisses

I'm checking in with a couple cards today, the first is for the My Favorite Things Sketch MFTWSC432.

For the sketch, I used the MFT Piggy Pebbles stamps and dies along with the MFT Scene Builder.  To color the piggy and scene, I added Tombow markers to a palette and used a paint brush to water color my panel.  The background was created with the MFT All Lined Up Background stamp.

Floral Corsage

Hi friends!
It's time for the design team to bring some inspiration on the Heartfelt Creations Blog, join us to day for some fun projects!

For my project today, I thought I'd make a Mother's Day corsage.  I used the Heartfelt Creations Large Camelia Carnation Cling Stamp Set and the small flowers were made with the Classic Rose Cling Stamp Set.  The flowers and leaves were sculpted with the wonderful 3D shaping molds.  The corsage was finished with a clear acrylic sealer.

I created the back of the corsage with felt and adhered a pin with hot glue.

Wishing Well

This week I colored up the beautiful wishing well from the Wishing Well Oasis set with Copic markers and framed it with the adorable flowers from the Tweet Cherry Blossoms set.

The corner die from the Elegant Pocket Accents die made a perfect hanger for the sweet wooden sign.

The new Heartfelt Creations Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper has a wonderful thickness and texture, perfect for sculpting beautiful paper flowers! For my flowers here, I used the HFC Classic Sunflower with the leaves from the Delightful Daisies and the Wildwood Florals.

The designer papers and sentiment are from the Cherry Blossom Retreat Paper Collection.  Texture was added to the side of the card with a stencil and stencil paste colored with the Tea Rose ink pad.

Birdhouse Garden

Hi All,
I'm bringing you another card today made with the Heartfelt Creations Cherry Blossom Retreat Collection, join the design team today on the Heartfelt Creations Blog for more inspiration.

The lacy border on the outside of the card was made with the Intricate Swirls Die, which was cut apart. The images were colored with Zig markers, except the flowers and birds, which were sponged with ink.  The birdhouse, bench, flowerpot, birds, and cherry blossoms are all from the Cherry Blossom Retreat Collection.

The cherry blossom flowers were sponged with lulu lavender, cut out with corresponding dies and sculpted with the 3D Cherry Blossom Shaping Mold.
