Dahlias of Congratulations

I had to make one more card with the stunning Dazzling Dahlia Collection, I used Stazon - Fuchsia Pink along with a beautiful panel from the paper collection.   The Circle Basics Large die was used to cut out the center panel of  the square I and raised the panels with adhesive backed foam.
