I absolutely love this church from the Heartfelt Creations Holiday Villiage set, I've heat embossed and water colored it for this card, cutting out an extra church and adhering it with foam tape for dimension.  You can see the new Holiday Snowflake Frame Die in the background, cut from paper from the Home for the Holidays Paper Collection.

The frame was made with the Cut Mat Create 1A Die with the corner dies from the Swirly Accent Spray Die cut in silver cardstock.  I also cut the snowflakes from the Holiday Snowflake Frame Die in silver card. All of the supplies are listed below.
