CAS Card Challenge

It's time for this week's Mark's Finest Papers Friends of Speedy tv challenge. http://mfpspeedytv.ning.com/. This week we're making a Clean and Simple card.  I don't usually do this, it's not that I don't like them, it's just that I have too many dies, ribbons, lace, embossing folders, etc, etc, to make a cas card. Thankfully, I did get to use all of that stuff on this card.

Stamps: Mark's Finest Papers - Ice & Snow
Accessories: Dew Drops, Spellbinders dies, embossing folders, Sweet N Sassy lace edge die, glitter, satin ribbon.

Everygreens

For some reason I'm having trouble bringing on my creative mojo! I pull out papers and then change my mind! I did manage to put this card together today, made with the gorgeous new set by Mark's Finest Papers - New Pines. I masked the original image and stamped twice more.
I colored the pines with copic markers and highlighted them with glitter, unfortunately this doesn't show in the picture. I had this Cheery Lynn doily sitting around so I placed it under the trees, which I raised with foam tape. The trees overlap my sentiment (also from the New Pines set) which is raised on a Spellbinder die.  The ribbon across the bottom is black velvet and I embossed the snowflake dp with a snowflake embossing folder. TFL!!

Mark's Finest Papers Lemon

I made this card with the new 'Pucker Up' stamp set by Mark's Finest Papers. I colored the image with copic markers, cut out and raised with foam tape.
I mounted the lemon on a My Favorite Things lace circle doily die and put a Cheery Lynn lace edge die in the middle.

Friends of Speedy TV challenge - Christmas Card

It's time to make Christmas cards so I pulled out this church stamp from Mark's Finest Papers - A Heinrich Co. found here: http://www.marksfinestpapers.com/servlet/the-Stamp-Sets/Categories for our Christmas card Friends of Speedy TV challenge, http://mfpspeedytv.ning.com/forum/topics/friends-of-speedytv-challenge-week-11
Stamps: Mark's Finest Papers - A Heinrich Co 'Christmas Greetings Stamp Set'
Accessories: My Favorite Things doily die, Cheery Lynn edge lace die, Spellbinders poinsettia and circle die, jewel sticker, glitter, embossing folders, seam binding ribbon, foam tape, Copic Markers.

I used a dark red ink pad on the poinsettia and added LOTS of glitter to the church and trees, I wish you could see it better in the picture, it really sparkles!! I stamped the trees twice and raised a layer for dimension.
