Frosty and Friends

The Splitcoaststampers Free For All Challenge is Christmas in July.

I created a foldout card with the Heartfelt Creations white 6x6 Foldout Card, the panels were cut out from the HFC Snow kissed Paper Collection and trimmed with a HFC Delicate Border Basics die.

The poinsettias were made with the HFC Sparkling Poinsettia Stamp and Die sets and the snowmen are from the Frolicking Frosty stamp and die set and trees are from the HFC Snow Kissed Spruce Stamp set, lots of chunky glitter was added.

The flourish medallion behind the snowman was made with the HFC Festive Holiday Die.

The inside panel was made with the new HFC Festive Holly & Cardinals Stamp and die sets.  I cut the Festive Gate Cling Stamp apart to create a smaller fence for my lantern.

The back panel with paper from the Snow kissed paper collection.

The poinsettias were created with the HFC Sparkling Poinsettia Cling Stamp set and dies and the holly was made with the retired HFC Ornamental Add On die set.  The flowers were stamped in black and sponged in SU Watermelon Wonder and MFT Lemon Drop.

Dove Pocket Card

The Splitcoaststampers Technique Challenge is to make the front page of a cardboard roll album.

I used the album cover as a tag holder in my card.  All of the designer paper is from the Heartfelt Creations Flowering Dogwood paper collection.

The flowers were made with the HFC Classic Petunia stamps and dies and HFC I cannot tell a Lilac Prills with glitter.  The lace piece was made with the HFC Decorative Medallion Die.

The details of making the cardboard album holder/ tag holder can be found here.  I sponged the holder and added a distressed piece of designer paper, as well as an HFC tag with a seam binding knot.  This tag holder would also be great for holding a gift card.

Distressed tag.
