I picked out my favorite pumpkin bread recipe to make up this weekend. I heat embossed this pretty Mark's Finest Papers pumpking and water colored with Stampin Up reinkers.
Pumpkin Bread
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c Wesson Oil
1 c pumpkin (canned)
1 2/3 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1 c white raisens (optional)
1/2 c nuts (optional)
1 1/2 c chocolate chips (optional)
Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add oil, pumpkin, and water. Mix flour and dry ingredients together and add to the mixture. Add raisens, nuts, choco chips. Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Hi DJ not sure I have ever had pumpkin bread but maybe I avoided it as I hate pumpkin pie! Now you have to compile your other recipes in a similar way and get a set!
