ODBDSLC212 - Sketch

The Shining the Light challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs this week is a Sketch.  Join us here for all of the details.

I need a second masculine card this month, lots of summer birthdays, and this sketch really fit the bill. I heat embossed this wonderful ODBD sand dollar and water colored it in purple, the color of our living sand dollars here in the Northwest.  I created a watery panel for behind the sand dollar by spritzing water color paper with ink.  The horizontal panel was dry embossed and a twine knot was added for a nautical feel. Pennant dies from the ODBD Pennant Dies set were distressed and sponged for a border.

ODBD Stamps Used: Ocean Treasures
ODBD Dies Used: Pennant Dies

Other Supplies: Re-inkers, water pen, spritzer, twine, foam tape
