It's that wonderful time of the week for inspiration on the Heartfelt Creations Blog, where the design team has put together a ton of beautiful projects for you to look at.
Having a new grandson has put me in the mood to display my photos, and what better way than with a floral frame? I purchased this frame unfinished for a dollar at my local craft store, then painted it with the Porcelain chalk paint and finished it with a coat of clear wax mixed with a small bit of Antique wax.
You can see the antique color a little better in this shot from the top.
The corner pieces were created with the square die from the Butterfly Kisses Die and adhered to the frame.
The green/yellow, blue, and lavender flowers were made with the Small Sweet Peony cling stamps and dies, check out the sculpting video for the peony. Rose leaves were created with the Leafy Accents Cling Stamp set and dies, using the 3D Leafy Accents Shaping Mold to sculpt.
The lavender wildflowers were created with the Backyard Blossoms stamps and dies and the curved leaves are from the Wildwood Florals set. All of the flowers and leaves were sponged with ink to color. All of the flowers were finished with Crystal Clear glitter.
