It's time for Wednesday inspiration day at the Heartfelt Creations Blog! Grab a cup of your favorite beverage and come join us for lots of beautiful ideas!
Today I'm using the O Holy Night Collection, just released last week at Heartfelt Creations. The card is created on a 5.5x6.5 inch card base and decorated with paper from the O Holy Night Paper Collection. The border was cut with the Delicate and Classic Border Basics dies, the tag and sentiment are also from the O Holy Night Paper Collection.
I created the small shadow box with the Card Shadow Box Set - Kraft, lining it with nativity paper from the paper pad, the frame around the outside of the box is also from the same pad.
The sweet nativity from the O Holy Night set was heat embossed in black on water color paper and water colored with Zig markers, then cut out with the corresponding dies.
The small die from the Eyelet Frames Die was added to the end of the shadow box.
A tag and sentiment from the paper pad were distressed and added on a die from the Decorative Medallion Die and two pine cones from the Silent Night Scroll set were stamped in Rich Cocoa and colored with markers.
The poinsettias were created with the Poinsettia & Holly Cluster stamps, stamped in red ink, sponged, cut out with corresponding dies, and sculpted with the 3D Poinsettia Shaping Mold. Yellow prills were added to the flower centers.
One of the borders from the paper pad was adhered around the edge of the shadow box.
